In December, people will have the opportunity to evaluate the "Secrets of Parma" and "Cherdyn Treasure" expansions, which will add new heroes, mechanics, and acrylic deluxe components to the "Black Book" board game.
Hobby World Publishing announced that pre-orders for the expansions to the board game "Black Book" (Black Book: The Board Game), based on the computer game of the same name, have opened on the CrowdRepublic crowdfunding platform.
Currently, "Secrets of Parma" can be purchased for 2390 rubles, "Cherdyn Treasure" for 1590 rubles, the basic version of "Black Book" for 4240 rubles, the card game "Black Book: Fool" for 590 rubles, a pack with two expansions for 3980 rubles, and the "Full Stuffing" set (containing the base, expansions, and the game "Black Book: Fool") for 8000 rubles.
Hobby World also intends to send all pre-order participants 16 reprinted promo cards from the first edition of "Fool" and four corrected base cards.
If the team manages to raise one million rubles, then participants who ordered both expansions will receive nine new demon cards for the "Cherdyn Treasure" expansion for free, which are exclusive to CrowdRepublic.
The "Secrets of Parma" expansion introduces two new heroes to the game – Galya, a vekshitsa from the Pomor people, traveling with her faithful dog Gab, and Yuri, a merchant's assistant, and new mechanics: curse cards, poisonous wounds, artifacts, adventures, a market board, and a difficulty token.
And "Cherdyn Treasure" will give gamers a new mechanic of demon cards and acrylic deluxe components to replace the cardboard ones. The expansions should reach buyers in December 2025.
