Recently, a major update was released for Diablo 4, and the 10th season, titled "Season of Infernal Chaos," has begun.
Blizzard has made many changes to the game classes, revised the loot drop from bosses, and introduced a new type of loot called "Chaos Armor" (more powerful versions of existing unique items with special usage conditions).
Soon, the Diablo 4 team released an emergency fix — the developers noticed that the drop of legendary loot was not working correctly.
"Fixed a bug that caused legendary items to drop more often than intended at low levels, and much less often than they should at high difficulty levels."
