Recently, Mash reported on plans to introduce "FIFA, Counter-Strike and Dota 2" into the physical education program.
The discipline is called phygital sports (esports + real sports):
"They plan to introduce it into the school physical education program in the near future - first in test cities, and then as it goes. This will be a match in one of the three games listed above + running, pull-ups and other physical development."
Deputy Anton Gorelkin shared his opinion - he believes that Russian games should be offered to schoolchildren, not foreign ones:
"Diluting the school program with phygital is not the worst idea, but instead of FIFA, Counter-Strike and Dota 2, in my opinion, there should be our games: Standoff 2, "World of Tanks" and Warface."
