Next week, people will have the opportunity to pre-order the Don't Starve: The Board Game, so it's time to watch new videos to find out what to expect from the gameplay and which characters you can play as.
The Kickstarter campaign for Don't Starve: The Board Game is scheduled to begin on September 30, 2025. To prepare people for this event, employees of Glass Cannon Unplugged and Klei Entertainment have published a new trailer, and also posted an overview gameplay video.
In this cooperative roguelike, designed for 1-4 people, gamers have to survive in the dark world of "Constant", where magic and science are intertwined in such a way that it is better not to talk about it.
Participants will be able to play as characters such as Wilson, Wendy, Webber and Willow, collect valuable resources and craft things, meet spiders, hounds, tall birds and other mobs, fight monsters, explore biomes, discover new recipes and blueprints that are transferred between matches, and build a base.
Players will also have to monitor the weather and the condition of the characters, complete random tasks, replay scenarios and, of course, always try to be full.
Sponsors who pre-order Don't Starve: The Board Game in the first 72 hours after the start of the Kickstarter campaign will receive an additional character as a gift – Wolfgang.
