The authors of the strategy game Age of Mythology have revealed the Heavenly Spear expansion and talked about what to expect.
The developers will tell the story of Yasuko, a peaceful peasant's daughter whose life changes when she finds a magical spear.
The girl's journey includes 12 missions, each of which «features cinematic storytelling, memorable characters, and increasing difficulty». The heroine will meet mythical creatures and make divine alliances.
The developers will offer to unleash the power of 12 new gods and new units — including Tengu, Shinobi, Samurai and more, test 6 new maps for multiplayer games and battles.
The release of the Heavenly Spear DLC for Age of Mythology is expected on September 30.
