Billion Road will soon be discontinued from distribution via the Valve service.
Recently, players were reminded again about the Billion Road project. It is planned to be removed from sale on Steam on September 30th.
Billion Road is a game in the spirit of "Monopoly", developed by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment. The main goal of the player is to travel around Japan and earn more than everyone else:
«You earn money by landing on real estate squares with investment opportunities, such as a sushi restaurant in Ginza or an animation goods store in Akihabara. After you invest money, you will have to wait until March for these investments to pay off. In the meantime, be on the lookout: wandering monsters can shower you with riches... or ruin your plans!».
The reason for removing Billion Road was not specified in the announcement. It is assumed that this may be due to the expiration of licenses.
