Recently, Genshin Impact fans on PCs with RTX 40 and 50 have begun to experience technical issues. Owners of some Huawei devices have also encountered difficulties.
miHoYo (HoYoverse) addressed the community:
«The developers have discovered that after updating to version "Luna I" on some Huawei devices that use GBox to install GMS services, sudden crashes or failures may occur when launching the game».
As a temporary solution, the authors of Genshin Impact suggest transferring the game from the virtual environment to the current device's environment. Instructions are available online.
They note that «After following the instructions, payment issues may arise in the game» — this issue can be resolved with support or by using the official Genshin Impact top-up platform to make payments.
