Nvidia has prepared for the release of the shooter from EA and DICE. Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
NVIDIA has released the GeForce Game Ready 581.42 WHQL driver, timed to coincide with the upcoming release of Battlefield 6. The game will feature DLSS 4 technology with Multi Frame Generation, but ray tracing is not supported - the developers focused on performance.
In addition to Battlefield 6, the driver adds DLSS 4 support to FBC: Firebreak, Alien: Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition and X4: Foundations.
Among the fixes are the elimination of crashes in Planet Coaster 2, flickering in Forza Horizon 4 on RTX 50 series video cards, freezes in Battlefield 2042, and performance drops in projects on the Godot engine.
GeForce Game Ready 581.42 WHQL is now available for download on the official website NVIDIA and via the GeForce Experience application.
