The Cubic Sandbox Enters the Copper Age.
The creators of Minecraft have released a major content update called The Copper Age (for Bedrock it's version 1.21.111, and for Minecraft Java — 1.21.9).
This time, the focus is on Copper and the things that can be made from it: from weapons and armor to decorative items and golems.
A new type of chest, the "Copper Chest," has appeared, and the "Copper Golem" mob mechanic is associated with it — it can help sort items in chests. The golem is capable of sorting the contents of copper chests into regular ones.
A decorative block, the "Shelf," has also been added: up to 3 items can be placed on a shelf.
Shelves can be "powered" using redstone and connected "electrical" shelves to each other.
Interacting with one connected shelf changes all of its contents with the three rightmost items on the player's hotbar (interacting with two shelves will replace six items, with three — all nine).
