Cooperative cooking game SEDAP! A Culinary Adventure will be released on PS5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch on October 22, developer Kopiforge announced.
On May 22, the project launched on PC in Steam.
SEDAP! offers cooperative cooking with combat elements: two aspiring culinary geniuses have opened a mobile food truck and set off to Khaya Island, an abandoned and dangerous place full of monsters and secrets. Players explore the island in search of new recipes and gradually uncover its secrets.
The game features asymmetric co-op for two players: one manages the kitchen, preparing ingredients, while the other goes in search of resources, fighting monsters. Players will have to traverse the island's diverse biomes, cook popular Southeast Asian dishes - pineapple fried rice, chicken rice, banh mi, bubble tea and others, and fill the Makanomicon cookbook, unlocking hidden secrets and earning rewards.
Collected resources can be spent on upgrading equipment, weapons, and kitchen tools to be ready for new challenges on the island.
