Recently, the Mortal Kombat community discovered a fatality that, for some reason, didn't make it into the game.
Fans noticed a publication by Master Pesina (Daniel Pesina), who previously portrayed Johnny Cage, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Reptile, Smoke, and Noob Saibot in the franchise games.
The video features a Liu Kang fatality that has not been shown before. It was assumed that the fighter would perform a "butterfly kick" (a spinning hook kick). The video is without post-processing, so it is unclear what effect this kick would have in the game.
