Well-known dataminer Colony Deaks has managed to obtain new information regarding Bungie's extraction shooter, Marathon. The new details concern the game's pricing policy, season pass, and the complete list of weapons at release.
According to Colony Deaks, Marathon will be available in two editions. The basic version will cost $40 — a price that has been circulating online for a long time. The Deluxe Edition, which includes various bonuses, will cost around $60.
Bungie is also preparing a season pass for the game, costing $10, which will include exclusively cosmetic items.

Journalist and insider Tom Henderson believes that Marathon would have a hard time finding an audience even if it were free, and with a $40 price tag, it has no chance at all.
I think even if they make it free, Marathon will have a hard time, but as a paid game it has no chance. Expect grim statements from the studio after release, if it even happens.
