Grimlore Games has released the first hotfix for the Northern Beaches update in the early access version of Titan Quest II, focusing on critical gameplay and stability fixes.
The Early Access Content Update 1 – Hotfix 1 addresses several serious issues that affected the predictability of combat mechanics, item drops, and multiplayer synchronization. Among the most important changes is the correction of the random number generator, which previously created predictable results in damage calculations, undermining the reliability of critical hits.
The hotfix also restores missing unique items, allows bosses like Pan to be defeated correctly, and fixes various synchronization errors in multiplayer. Players should now notice improved session stability, correct quest display for all participants, and smoother interaction with merchants. Additionally, the sound effects of new staves and traps have been improved, and animal models that were previously invisible have been fixed.

Titan Quest 2 is an upcoming action RPG from Grimlore Games and publisher THQ Nordic, a sequel to the original Titan Quest. The game was released in early access on PC in August 2025, with the full version planned for 2026 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
