The studio is starting to warm up players' interest, reminding them that thanks to cooperation with 3D Realms, the game will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 21, 2025. This time, the developers presented material demonstrating a new look at the shooter series.
The fresh trailer takes players deep into Purgatory, where they will have to fight hordes of demons, titans, and other creatures. Players will feel the atmosphere of horror, which is accompanied by energetic metal riffs, emphasizing the ruthless nature of what is happening.
Painkiller will return to the origins of the series with modern design and new opportunities for team play.
