Andrew Garfield is known for his role as Spider-Man in the dilogy "The Amazing Spider-Man". After a nostalgic reunion with Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland in the movie "Spider-Man: No Way Home", many fans wanted to see another return of the actor to the iconic image.
Over the past few months, Garfield has repeatedly had to answer the same question: will he appear in the upcoming movie featuring the Old and New Avengers, X-Men, and even the Fantastic Four? And if earlier the actor preferred to joke or evade a direct answer, then in a conversation with GQ, he seems to have decided to put an end to the speculation. When asked about his possible participation in "Avengers: Judgment Day", Garfield responded extremely harshly: "No, definitely ***** no."
However, when it came to the next crossover - "Avengers: Secret Wars", the actor expressed himself much more mysteriously: "Do you understand what a hint even is? Or what? You'll find out yourself!" - Garfield said in an interview with MTV, answering a question about his possible participation. -"What do you think this reaction is? Irritation? Maybe. I don't know. You'll find out soon."
The movie "Avengers: Judgment Day" will be released on December 18, 2026. Apparently, it will do without Garfield, but it is possible that fans will still see the "new Spider-Man" on the big screen.
