Syberia Remastered is gearing up for release. Virtuallyz Gaming and Microids Studio Paris have unveiled a new trailer that reveals how Benoît Sokal's classic story has been transformed.
The video showcases not only the reworked graphics but also emphasizes the developers' respect for the original artistic concept of the series' creator.
Players will once again step into the role of Kate Walker, a New York lawyer investigating the mystery of inventor Hans Voralberg. The main innovation is a completely updated control system and a modern interface adapted to the standards of PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Animations have become smoother, and visual effects are noticeably improved.
The creators note that they strived to "convey the spirit of the original and honor the memory of Sokal without losing the atmosphere of his world." Pre-orders are already open with a guaranteed minimum price.
