YouTube channel author Rob2628 continues to find different ways to break Diablo 4. He recently introduced a specific Necromancer build that effectively turns the character into a bone machine gun.
From a technical point of view, the basis of the build is Bone Splinters, but another skill will have to be spammed. One of the legendary abilities makes Bone Spirit launch a volley of splinters in all directions - it will be used for "machine gun fire."
DPS is accelerated with the help of the Unstable Power perk: this will allow you to inflict huge damage with bone splinters - effectively and efficiently clear screens of enemies. The build was built taking into account the need to reduce cooldown and restore the resource used for skill spam.
