The Gearbox boss recently spoke out again on social media. He talked about a funny incident.
Randy Pitchford visited Australia, where an interesting dialogue took place:
«In Australia, while going through security at the airport, the guy at the body scanner stopped me and said: \"Has anyone ever told you that you look like Randy Pitchford?\".
[...] and I just replied: \"I am Randy Pitchford\". He asked to shake my hand, and then made me go through the scanner again because [the scanner] didn't like my shirt».
This case "hooked" Pitchford, the creator now wants to talk to this person again and make a reference in the game:
«If anyone can find this guy and convince him to contact me, I want to make an NPC, or a pistol, or a side quest in his honor. He made my day :)».
