People believe that Quantic Dream wanted to experience a financial failure.
Announced on October 16, the multiplayer action game about combat sorcerers, Spellcasters Chronicles from Quantic Dream, pleased the gaming community, but not quite in the way the developers had hoped.
Players are happy that they have a new object of ridicule and a reason to compare the game with the failed Concord.
The debut trailer for Spellcasters Chronicles on the official Quantic Dream channel has just over 14 thousand views, with more than 800 thumbs down and 230 thumbs up (at the time of writing).
The statistics for the video on the IGN channel are slightly better, but there are still more thumbs down.
The videos have one thing in common — a comments section full of jokes about the developers, comparisons to Concord, and predictions of when Quantic Dream will shut down the servers.
I can already see the developers "SINCERELY APOLOGIZING" for having to shut down the servers.
Welcome back to Concord.
David Cage: "I really want to know what <COMPLETE FINANCIAL FAILURE> means. I've heard about it, but haven't tried it yet. I want to try messing up."
