Publisher Paradox has announced the release date for the updated version of Surviving Mars. The remaster, titled Surviving Mars: Relaunched, will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on November 10, 2025.
The publisher has priced the game at $39.99 in the US. The edition includes all previously released DLCs.
Paradox also confirmed that two more expansions, created specifically for this version, will be released in 2026.
But there's also bad news. The company will remove the original Surviving Mars and all its expansions from digital stores. Players who have already purchased the game and DLCs will retain access to them, but new users will no longer be able to purchase the old version.
This practice is becoming increasingly common: publishers remove originals to avoid competing with remasters.
