Russian-speaking gamers will also have the opportunity to become leaders of fishing villages in Northern Norway in the late 19th century, engage in trade, and master technologies that make life easier, as the pre-order for the "Saltfjord" board game should open very soon.
Lavka Games Publishing announced that next week, October 20-26, a pre-order campaign will start for the "Saltfjord" board eurogame, designed for 1-4 players and scored 7.8 out of 10 on BGG.
This is a project with cube placement and polyomino mechanics, in which participants take on the role of leaders of fishing villages in Northern Norway in the late 19th century.
Gamers will have to fulfill orders with an eye to future advantages or develop technologies to gain special abilities, use cubes to activate built buildings or build new structures to increase production. The winner will be the user who scores the most points after three rounds.
"Saltfjord" is based on the board game "Santa Maria" (and from the same game designers – Christian A. Otzby and Eilif Svensson). According to Lavka Games employees, the printing is imported, and the files are ready, so the team will soon send everything necessary to the factory.
