Insider Tom Henderson hinted that a new game in the Halo series will be presented on October 24, 2025 at the Halo World Championship tournament. According to him, it is a remake of Halo: Combat Evolved, which will be released not only on Xbox, but also on PS5.
Earlier, Rebs Gaming reported this, stating that the Virtuos studio is working on the project, and the engine combines Unreal Engine 5 and Blam Engine.
Henderson, known for accurate leaks, noted that "it will be strange to see Halo on PS5," adding that those who have not yet played the original will be delighted. These words were taken as an indirect confirmation of the game's release outside the Xbox platform.
