According to Jez Corden from Windows Central, Xbox will hold a Partner Preview in November with a focus on Xbox Play Anywhere games. The exact date has not yet been confirmed.
Recent news about the next generation of Xbox consoles suggests that successors to the Series X/S are already in development. It is reported that the new devices will be able to play God of War and Spider-Man from Insomniac. The Partner Preview will focus on projects from third-party Microsoft publishers, most, if not all, of which will be available through Xbox Play Anywhere.
Xbox will also participate in other events. On October 28, 2025, IGN will host an ID@Xbox show, also dedicated to Play Anywhere, with announcements for Game Pass, Cloud Gaming, PC and consoles. Xbox is expected to participate in The Game Awards on December 11, although details are not yet known. In January 2026, Developer_Direct will take place with major announcements.
