Avalanche Studios co-founder and Just Cause series creator, Christopher Sandberg, has opened Liquid Swords studio. He periodically shares materials about the new game.

Recently, the creator published a short teaser, focusing on a fragment of the game world.

Currently, the project is known under the code name "Game 1". The design visually reminded players of Grand Theft Auto 4, and they started joking that the studio is actually making a remaster of the Rockstar Games game.
