New Clip from \"Predator: Planet of Death\" Showcases Elle Fanning's Second Role and Confirms Connection to \"Alien\"
Actress Elle Fanning has landed two roles in the upcoming film \"Predator: Planet of Death.\"
Ahead of the film's release, 20th Century Studios has unveiled a new clip dedicated to Elle Fanning's second character - a synthetic named Tessa, created by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.
In the excerpt, Tessa receives a message from the artificial intelligence MU/TH/UR, familiar to fans from the original \"Alien.\" The synthetic receives a task from the corporation to retrieve a biological object under the code XX0522, but MU/TH/UR warns that a representative of the Yautja race (the original name for Predators) may disrupt the mission.
From previous materials and the synopsis, it is known that another synthetic - Tia, also played by Elle Fanning - travels with a young Yautja named Dek, played by Dimitrus Kolomatangi. Thus, it seems that Tessa will be the antagonist of the film, hunting Dek and Tia.
The premiere of \"Predator: Planet of Death\" will take place on November 7, 2025.
