Recently, Sonic Rumble was released on PC in Steam. This is a free-to-play project, SEGA invites players to join the "intense Sonic battle royale in Dr. Eggman's crazy toy world."
The first reviews about the game on Steam are "mostly negative." Players report pay to win elements, and for some, the novelty simply does not start.
According to SteamDB Sonic Rumble is the worst game in the franchise (38.49%), the closest project Sonic the Hedgehog 4 - Episode I has a rating of 40.86%, followed by Sonic Forces with 58.70%.
