Nintendo's latest financial report revealed figures that speak volumes about the brand's popularity and its services. The number of subscribers turned out to be unexpected.
The company has officially confirmed that the total number of registered Nintendo accounts has exceeded 400 million. Among them, 128 million users remain active, having played on Switch or Switch 2 in the past year.
The Nintendo Switch Online subscription has reached 34 million users. Although details about the types of subscriptions are not disclosed, it is clear that the service remains popular — the number of subscribers is almost the same as last year's figure.
As for console sales, Switch 2 sold 10 million units, and Switch 1 is approaching the Nintendo DS record.
The report shows that, despite the lack of rapid growth, Nintendo remains a prominent player in the market. Its brand is still popular, and its consoles and services continue to attract millions of players worldwide.
