Microsoft appears to have inadvertently announced the release date for Silent Hill 2 Remake. Everything points to another mistake in the American corporation's store.
The horror game from Bloober Team was initially released only on PlayStation 5 and PC, but there have long been rumors of a version for Microsoft consoles. Fans have found clues in game site updates and new entries in rating databases, but a leak from the Microsoft Store dispelled any doubts.
According to the store data, Silent Hill 2 Remake will launch on Xbox Series X|S on November 21, 2025. A Deluxe Edition with a digital artbook, soundtrack, and Pyramid Head Pizza Box cosmetic add-on also appeared in the listing. Microsoft revealed plans to release a Silent Hill 2 + Silent Hill f bundle.
The official announcement was expected in the coming weeks, but Microsoft accidentally jumped the gun by publishing the full game page with details.
