At the annual fan event dedicated to Fallout and held in Goodsprings, Nevada, visitors were in for a pleasant surprise. The lead actors of the series — Walton Goggins (The Ghoul) and Aaron Moten (Maximus) — along with showrunner Jonathan Nolan, took to the stage, although their participation was not announced in any way. They chatted with fans and confirmed that the show has been renewed for a third season.

Variety reported the renewal back in May, but hearing this news in person from the actors is considered much more pleasant than reading a dry press release.

The appearance of the artists became the highlight of the annual Fallout Fan Celebration, which takes place in Goodsprings, the \"starting location\" of Fallout: New Vegas. According to PC Gamer journalist Morgan Park, who attended the event, the 2025 meeting gathered significantly more guests than usual.

The local Pioneer Saloon even expanded its area for visitors, as the actors and showrunner managed not only to perform on stage, but also to work as bartenders, creating drinks based on Fallout: New Vegas. And the fact that more people came than usual, even though no one knew about the stars' visit, only emphasizes the growing interest in the franchise against the backdrop of Amazon's successful adaptation.

The premiere of the second season of Fallout will take place on December 17 on Amazon Prime Video. The plot will continue the line of the first, and the action this time will move to the legendary New Vegas, familiar to players from the classic Obsidian RPG.
