Google has announced the winners of the annual Google Play's Best Games 2025 awards. The main winner is Pokemon TCG Pocket, a mobile card game based on the iconic Pokémon series.
In addition to Pokemon TCG Pocket, eight projects received awards in separate categories:
- "Best Game for Google Play Games on PC" - Odin: Valhalla Rising
- "Best Indie" - Chants of Sennaar
- "Best Multiplatform Game" - Disney Speedstorm
- "Best Multiplayer" - Dunk City Dynasty
- "Best Game Supported by Updates" - Wuthering Waves
- "Best Play Pass Subscription Game" - Dredge
- "Best Game for Short Sessions" - Candy Crush Solitaire
- "Best Story" - Disco Elysium
