Euro Truck Simulator 2 Receives 1.57 Patch with HDR, Updated Scandinavia, Dynamic Loading and Unloading
The developers have updated one of the old regions and added new content to explore
The beta test is over, and the authors of the Euro Truck Simulator 2 truck driver simulator have released update 1.57.
ETS 2 now supports HDR technology, designed to improve image quality. It will allow players to "enjoy richer colors and improved contrast."
The technology will automatically turn on in the game for users using HDR-compatible displays.
The authors of ETS 2 presented new cargo for the Special Transport DLC and updated Scandinavia (DLC "Scandinavia") — they redesigned the road network, updated the textures of the region, and added new objects to the map.
Added dynamic loading and unloading of goods, which were previously presented in American Truck Simulator — equipment will load or pick up cargo in real time.
Animations are implemented for some warehouses, for example, they can be seen when delivering logs and pipes.
