When signing up for the project, the girl did not expect that everything would turn out this way.
Stellar Blade continues to attract players and Shift Up studio is preparing a sequel. However, the voice actress of the main character Eve did not suspect that the project would become long-lasting.
During the Golden Joystick Awards 2025 ceremony, Rebecca Hanssen spoke with a GamesRadar+ journalist and said that the success of Stellar Blade seems "surreal" to her:
[...] when I was recording the voice acting, I had no idea how big the game would become. It shocked me and continues to do so.
The voice actress receives messages from fans:
I think being a part of it all now is wonderful. Every day I get messages from people who tell me how much this game means to them and how many times they have played it.
