This week, people will have the opportunity to purchase the Warhammer Quest: Darkwater board game, in which brave heroes will fight Nurgle's chaos minions in the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe.
Games Workshop continues to delight fans of the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe. Pre-orders for the Warhammer Quest: Darkwater board game, designed for 1–4 players, will open on November 29, 2025.
Inside the box, you'll find 49 detailed miniatures: seven heroes (and the Whisper spirit) — Drolf Ironbrow, Edmark Valoran, Bren Talis, Inara Sion, Keltanore, Drasher Vorne, Jacobus Vane, villains — Gelgus Pus, Belga Cystwitch, Mulgoth the Cleaver and Foulfuff the Filthy Hoof, common enemies — two Plagueborn, three Tainted Templars, eight Pestigors, 14 Afflicted Scoundrels, six Mirefolk Kelpies and four tokens.
The set also includes a 38-page hardcover map book that unfolds on the table instead of a game board or tiles, hero and enemy cards, reward cards, two token boards, dice, and boxes for storing cards and tokens between game sessions.
The quick start guide will allow you to start playing in just a few minutes. And the 36-page rulebook will introduce you to skirmish and campaign modes and help you understand the mechanics of the board game.
Among other things, you can get "Path to Glory: Blighted Wilds." This is a 90-page story expansion for Warhammer Age of Sigmar, which includes a new game set — Blighted Wilds — with unique rules for the campaign: special abilities, rewards, battle scars, battle plans, two Paths for heroes, two Paths for warbands, universal upgrades, a selection of spells and prayers.
Plus, the following books will go on sale: Andy Clark's "Demolisher" — in limited edition, hardcover, digital and audio formats, Mike Lee's omnibus "The Rise of Nagash" — in paperback with a new design and digital version. All of the above will reach stores on December 13, 2025.
