On November 25, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon aired a video in which the Stranger Things cast retells the events of all four seasons in rhyming form. The end of the video contains a hint at the upcoming events of the fifth season.
Later, the video was published on The Tonight Show's official Twitter/X account — it helps viewers quickly refresh key moments of the series with short word associations.
With less than a day left before the premiere of the fifth season, the series creators, the Duffer brothers, also decided to help viewers who don't have time to rewatch all the seasons. They shared a list of episodes that are worth refreshing in your memory: episodes 4 and 6 of the second season, as well as episodes 7 and 9 of the fourth. These are the ones that lay the foundation for the main elements of the Upside Down mythology and reveal the connections between Will, Eleven, and Vecna.
The final season includes eight episodes and will be released in three parts — November 27, December 26, and January 1, 2026.
