The wandering samurai woman Baiken from the fighting game Guilty Gear Strive, who lost her left eye and right arm due to the Gears, will receive a new statue from Prime 1 Studio in 2027.
Guilty Gear Strive fans are in for a treat today, as Prime 1 Studio has opened pre-orders for a 1/4 scale Baiken statue. The sculpture can be purchased for $1299 (approximately 102–103 thousand rubles).
Her appearance hints at a cruel past: the scar visible from under her glasses is crafted with exceptional care, as is every detail reflecting the traces of her harsh life. The scarlet, flame-like hair is made of transparent material, and the smooth gradients, designed for lighting, create a sense of movement.
The multi-layered kimono and haori are made of fabrics with different textures, and the patterns of skulls and flowers emphasize the combination of elegance and restrained power.
The stand with stylized Japanese motifs enhances the atmosphere of the composition: the contrast between the softly falling maple leaves and the flash of light cutting through the darkness immerses you in the world of the heroine.
The set includes two interchangeable left hands — one with a sword and one with a bottle of sake. The statue is made of polystone and other materials. Its height is 80 cm, width is 60 cm, depth is 48 cm, and weight is 21.6 kg.
