Millie Bobby Brown, one of Netflix's most recognizable actresses, may become part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to insider MyTimeToShineHello, the studio is considering the actress who played Eleven for one of the key roles in the upcoming X-Men reboot.
The insider does not name a specific character, but Marvel Studios is planning a complete overhaul of the X-Men lineup and concept after regaining the rights to the franchise from 20th Century Fox. Jake Schreier, who previously worked on Thunderbolts, has been appointed as the director of the future reboot.
The start date for filming and the premiere have not yet been announced, but industry publications report that the release will take place after Avengers: Secret Wars, which will be released in December 2027.
If the information is confirmed, Brown will be the second Stranger Things star to join the MCU. Sadie Sink, known for her role as Max Mayfield, is currently filming Spider-Man: A New Day and, according to insiders, will also appear in Avengers: Secret Wars.
