Thanks to the "Biome" card board game, users from Russia who prefer calm gameplay will also be able to create their own ecosystems, as well as admire various animals and plants.
Choo Choo Games has announced plans to release the board game "Biome" in Russia, which raised $400,240 (30,807,961 rubles) on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform.
This is a card project for building an engine dedicated to the theme of nature. From 1 to 4 participants will create their own ecosystems from cards of plants and animals.
During the game, which lasts 60–90 minutes, the seasons and rules of life in the biome change. The main task of the players is to competently manage resources in order to acquire the most prosperous ecosystem. Thanks to several modular game modes, it will be possible to diversify the gameplay.
Russian-speaking users will receive a deluxe version of the second edition with updated illustrations and carefully refined rules. The authors of "Biome" also plan to release additions in the future.
