Game industry veteran Tim Cain, who was at the origin of the Fallout series, has announced his return to Obsidian Entertainment, which he left in 2020.
I'm back at Obsidian. I'm a full-time employee of theirs, and I work in the office, not remotely. So no more contractor.
According to Cain, he has been regularly visiting the office for "a little over a week," where he is working on some new project. The developer does not reveal the details and advises not even to try to guess what kind of game it will be.
Cain also got a tattoo of the Lunatic, the mascot of the "Just Space" corporation from The Outer Worlds.
