Redox Interactive and Forklift Interactive have presented the Gate Guard Simulator. Players will take on the role of a guard who has to carefully check everyone who tries to enter the castle, as well as search for contraband in carts.
Peasants and bards singing offensive songs about the guards can be turned away for no apparent reason or even thrown into the moat along with their lute — even if they have an official invitation with the royal seal — while merchants and nobles can be forced to pay a bribe.
