Activision wrote an open letter to Call of Duty fans, in which it expressed gratitude to the community for their feedback and acknowledged the weak launch of Black Ops 7.
The developers assured that all subsequent content will be created taking into account player feedback, and promised new modes, maps and weapons.
We won't stop until Black Ops 7 becomes one of the best games in the Black Ops series.
Activision also stated that in the future, games from the same Call of Duty sub-series — Black Ops or Modern Warfare — will not be released in a row.
The first season of Black Ops 7 started on December 4, becoming one of the largest in the history of Black Ops. Next week, a double experience event and a free weekend will begin, during which players will be able to try out multiplayer and zombie mode.
