Rockstar Games project has been transformed thanks to a modder.
Modder-blogger Blurbs continues his creative experiments with games. He recently returned to Red Dead Redemption 2.
He asked popular content creators to suggest their ideas for modifications and PaymoneyWubby wrote: «Make Super Monkey Ball» — the order was accepted.
Blurbs placed the main character of Red Dead Redemption 2 in a transparent ball that can roll around the map. As a result, Arthur Morgan began to spin not only in the gameplay, but also in the cutscenes.

From a technical point of view, the system is arranged as follows: Blurbs created a smartphone application that sends gyroscope data to a PC. Thanks to this, it is possible to recreate the authentic Super Monkey Ball control — to send commands «the level tilts» (in this case, the smartphone).
In addition, the modder integrated other elements of the game, such as a timer, a counter of collected bananas and earned points.
