The online cinema "Ivi" has officially announced a serial anime adaptation of the horror novella "Tiny Bunny". The project was presented at the Comic Con IgroMir exhibition, where the first teaser of the future show was shown and it was confirmed that the adaptation has already been launched into production.
The creators immediately clarified that the anime will not be an exact retelling of the original visual novel. The plot will be reworked and will offer its own interpretation of events. The graphics shown in the teaser are also not final — the visual part is planned to be improved during production.
During the presentation, news related to the game itself was also announced. Previously, the developers promised to rework the final, fifth episode of "Tiny Bunny" after a wave of criticism from players. Fans pointed to problems with the integrity of the narrative, plot inconsistencies, and noticeably weaker visual quality compared to previous episodes. Against the background of the anime announcement, one of the authors of the project, Saikono, announced that the game will receive another ending, which will probably become canonical.
Thus, the anime may become not just an adaptation, but a way to rethink the story of "Tiny Bunny" as a whole. This is especially important for fans who are disappointed with the current ending of the novella and are waiting for a more complete ending to the story.
