Некоторым геймерам проект напомнил Fallout 76.
PIONER was recently released on the Russian service "Games Rostelecom," and after a short delay, the game was also released on PC via Steam.
The developers announced this in the game's VK community and left a link to the game's page on Valve's service (the Steam version is available in other regions, including Kazakhstan).
Dear players, we are a little late in announcing that PIONER is available on Steam!
The first player reviews have appeared in the Steam community — there are jokes about the meme phrase "let's go," and one of the players expressed the opinion that the project may be appreciated by those who played Fallout 76:
If you ignore all the shortcomings and bugs, this is a really fun open-world MMO FPS for those who like games like Fallout 76 and Stalcraft. I haven't had time to try all the endgame content yet, but I'll update my review when I've explored the game better.
Users on the forum are complaining that they cannot enter the game because they get stuck on the login screen — the developers suggest restarting PIONER in this case.
There are also reports that some antiviruses react to the launcher, allegedly it is a "phishing program."
