The Battle in Absolum Continues: Update 1.1 Coming in Early 2026

Absolum developers have announced a major Update 1.1, set to release in early 2026. It will add new features for rebels and expand the world of Talaam.
Main changes:
- New challenges. After defeating the final enemy, new challenges with increased difficulty will become available. Players will be able to create their own challenges and share codes via the official Discord or fan Reddit.
- A changing world. Corrupted regions with stronger enemies and valuable rewards will appear on the map. Players will be able to pass by or take advantage of these lands. The frequency of corrupted regions can be adjusted through new challenges.
- Improved mounts. Rebels will discover new elite mounts with improved attacks to help them break through hordes of enemies. They will become loyal companions in travels around the world.
- New skins and emotes. New emotes with unique voice lines and new hero skins will appear in the game, available through the Soul Tree or by completing challenges. This will diversify communication and the appearance of characters.
The developers consider Absolum a successful project, so they decided to expand game support and release a major update instead of a set of point fixes.
