Spike Chunsoft has announced that the total physical and digital sales of the Danganronpa series worldwide have exceeded 10 million units.
The Danganronpa franchise includes the following main titles:
- Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc (PSP, iOS, Android, PS Vita, PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One)
- Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair (PSP, PS Vita, PC, PS4, iOS, Android, Switch, Xbox One)
- Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls (PS Vita, PS4, PC)
- Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony (PS4, PS Vita, PC, Switch, iOS, Android, Xbox One)
- Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp (Switch, PS4, PC, iOS, Android)
The release of a new game in the series — Danganronpa 2×2 — will take place in 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch and PC (on Steam). The project will offer a completely new scenario, as well as an updated version of the original story from Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.
