Fees for filming in the fifth season were especially high.

Noah Schnapp, who played Will Byers in the series "Stranger Things", said that the Netflix project made him financially independent. In an interview with USA Today, the actor said that filming in the popular show "secured him for life."

"I understand that I am unlikely to be in such a huge project again. This is the most popular series in the world. But now I have the opportunity to act in independent films, act in the theater, and write scripts. And I am grateful that "Stranger Things" gave me financial stability for life. I couldn't dream of more."

The size of Millie Bobby Brown's fee is not disclosed, but analysts suggest that it may be the highest in the cast. At the same time, Winona Ryder and David Harbour earned $1.187 million per episode.

The release of the second volume of the fifth season of "Stranger Things" will take place on December 26 at 4 am, and the final episode will be available on Netflix on January 1, 2026.
