Switch 2 Continues to Dominate the Japanese Market: Sales Leaders

A new Famitsu report shows that Nintendo Switch 2 continues to hold the lead in the Japanese market, with its sales surpassing those of competitors.

From December 15 to 21, Nintendo Switch 2 once again demonstrated excellent results in the Japanese market, selling 221,033 units, with a total circulation of 3.58 million. The console's success left its competitors with no chance.

PlayStation 5 and Xbox took much lower positions. For example, PlayStation 5 Digital Edition sold 13,231 units, and PlayStation 4 is struggling to find buyers — 12 units.
