New Arenas, Expanded Battle Pass, and Winter "Customs" Map Arrive in Escape from Tarkov: Arena

Winter has now come to EFT: Arena.

Recently, a winter update was released for the main Escape from Tarkov, and now Battlestate Games has introduced a thematic update for EFT: Arena.

Patch 0.4.2.0 added several new arenas for the Last Hero mode to Escape from Tarkov: Arena — these are well-known locations from the main EFT:

Smuggler's Camp in the "Shoreline" location;
Dormitory in the "Customs" location;
EMERCOM Base in the "Woods" location.

The developers have also expanded the Escape from Tarkov: Arena battle pass — adding 20 additional levels (after the 100th).

A point with new rewards has been added to the "Customs" tactical map — to open them, you need to earn new "New Year's balls" event tokens.

There is a nuance: existing Tactical Map tokens cannot be exchanged for Event tokens.

A chain of 11 in-game tasks has also been added: completing them will award Battle Pass currency, in-game rewards, experience, as well as a unique "Splinter Winter" camouflage.

The winter event in Escape from Tarkov: Arena will last until February 3, 2026.
