In late December, fans decided to donate to the game to purchase a battle pass ("Nameless Honor"), replenish their currency reserves, or make warps, but problems arose.
Some PC players were unable to make payments, and purchased items were not sent to their accounts in a timely manner.
miHoYo (HoYoverse) responded to the complaints and explained that the cause of these problems was an error with the Epic Games Store service.
Honkai Star Rail developers soon announced the troubleshooting:

As usual, no compensation was provided for such failures.
