Combined Arms Fan Strategy Combines Command & Conquer and Red Alert. New Missions and Co-op Have Appeared
The fan-made RTS Combined Arms, which combines the worlds of Tiberium and Red Alert, has received update 1.08.
Six new missions for the Alliance have been added to the campaign, and it is now possible to play it in co-op with up to six players.
New difficulty levels have appeared: extreme "Brutal" and simplified "Easy". An interactive encyclopedia and a new multiplayer map, Battle Lab, for 2v2 battles have been added. The balance of factions, game mechanics, and technical errors have been improved.
Combined Arms is a completely standalone free game on the OpenRA engine that does not require the original C&C and Red Alert, which EA has been distributing for free since 2008. Players participate in a war of four factions: NOD, GDI, the Alliance, and the Soviets. The campaign combines different universes in a conflict with a storyline.
